Authored by: Dina Mahdi and George Anis

We are delighted to have authored the UAE Chapter for Administrative & Public Law 2024 on behalf of Lexology Panoramic (formerly Getting the Deal Through).

Our chapter examines constitutional law in the UAE, covering sources, creation and amendment. It analyses the integration of international law into the domestic legal system, judicial review of legislations and administrative decisions, and public procurement laws.

Contributors from Hadef & Partners were Partner and Head of Regulatory & Government Advisory, Dina Mahdi and Senior Counsel George Anis.
