Leading UAE law firm Hadef & Partners welcomes new Corporate Partner

Hadef & Partners has further strengthened its Dubai Corporate practice with the appointment of Patrick Tweedale as a Partner. Patrick joins from the Dubai office of Dentons and has been based in Dubai for five years.

Patrick specialises in domestic and cross-border M&A and also has significant experience in private equity, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and equity capital markets transactions.

He acts for institutional investors, corporates and management teams in the UAE and internationally across a wide range of different industry sectors including hotels & leisure, technology and pharmaceuticals.
