Hadef & Partners wins IFLR UAE Deal of the Year

Hadef & Partners was once again awarded Domestic Deal of the Year at the IFLR (International Financial Law Review) Middle East awards last night, Wednesday 18 October at the Burj Al Arab, Dubai. This is the second year in a row that Hadef & Partners have been presented with this prestigious award.
The awards acknowledge the most significant noteworthy deals, teams and individuals in the region.
The Domestic Deal of the Year award recognises the team’s role in acting as local counsel to IPIC (International Petroleum Investment Company) in connection with the merger between IPIC and Mubadala (Mubadala Development Company PJSC). This significant deal involved the merger of two very large state owned companies making it one the largest mergers in the region by value, with a combined asset value of $125 billion.
