Paul is a Partner with the Corporate team in Dubai where he advises on a broad range of M&A, corporate, commercial and private equity transactions for both domestic and international clients. Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Paul trained with, and then worked in the corporate department of, leading Irish law firm Arthur Cox. Paul holds a Bachelor in Civil Law from University College Dublin and a Diploma in Finance Law from the Law Society of Ireland. Paul is admitted as a solicitor in Ireland and England and Wales.
