  • Zaid is an English-qualified Associate in our Regulatory and Government Advisory Department. He advises clients on a broad range of international and domestic legal matters, including substantive law, taxation, virtual asset regulations, and general regulatory and legislative frameworks. Zaid also provides regular advice on commercial contracts and the preparation and negotiation of a wide range of agreements.

    Zaid has extensive experience in advising on virtual asset regulations, regulatory compliance, money laundering laws, and the intersection of emerging technologies with financial regulation. His work spans both advisory and compliance aspects, supporting clients in navigating evolving legal and regulatory landscapes.

    Zaid holds an LLB from Brunel University London and has obtained his LPC certificate from BPP University.

    He is bilingual, fluent in both Arabic and English.
