Suzanne is a Senior Associate in our Employment team based in Dubai.
Suzanne is a UK qualified solicitor with 8 years’ experience in advising on both contentious and non-contentious employment in the UAE.
Suzanne provides a full range of employment advice and guidance to employers ensuring compliance with UAE laws, including advising on the ADGM Employment Regulations and DIFC Employment Law. Suzanne also regularly advises on the employment aspects of corporate transactions including business and share purchases or sales and re-organisation of businesses for local and multi-national clients.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Suzanne worked in the employment department of a regional law firm in both its Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices.
