Howrey is a Senior Associate in the firm’s Regulatory & Government Advisory Practice.
Howrey advises public and private clients on regulatory and compliance matters including legislative framework across multiple sectors and drafts legislation for government clients.
Howrey also advises on complex and high value litigation disputes including Islamic and conventional banking matters, bankruptcy and other litigation and enforcement proceedings.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Howrey worked for a magic circle law firm in the UK, where he advised on corporate matters, commercial transactions, cross-border disputes, compliance, tax and other regulatory investigations.
Howrey is admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB Honours) and an LPC from the University of Huddersfield and an LLM in Legal and Political Philosophy from the University of York.
Howrey is fluent in Arabic and English.
