James heads the Banking & Finance team in the Abu Dhabi office. He has extensive experience in all kinds of finance-related transactions including leveraged finance, property finance, development funding, trade finance and project finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers.
James initially trained in private practice in London and then returned to his native Manchester where he built up a successful banking practice with Pannone LLP acting for a number of UK clearing banks and other financial institutions and finance providers both throughout the Northwest of England and nationally.
He is admitted as a solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and is a graduate of Southampton University.
