Lori-Ann is an associate in the Banking & Finance team and advises on a broad spectrum of general banking, Islamic banking and commercial issues.
In addition to general banking transactions Lori-Ann has advised on all UAE law aspects of project, finance and security documents for several high profile projects within the UAE, for various sectors such as the water and power sectors, and higher education.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Lori-Ann trained and practised with leading Irish firm Arthur Cox.
Lori-Ann was admitted as an Attorney and Counsellor at Law to the New York Bar in 2003, as a Solicitor in the Law Society of Ireland in 2004 and as a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2011.
