Michael has headed the Dubai Real Estate & Commercial practice at Hadef & Partners for five years. He has over 15 years of extensive experience in real estate and property, company, information technology, intellectual property, contracts and airline law.

 

He regularly advises major local and international developers on all aspects of the development life cycle including corporate structuring, project initiation and delivery/post-delivery project management. His team has worked on some of the most high-profile developments within Dubai and throughout the UAE.

 

Prior to moving to Dubai, Commercial Director and General Counsel for a software technology company based in London and worked as Company Solicitor for Air New Zealand.  

 

He completed a Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Law (Hons) at Auckland University in New Zealand. He is admitted as a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
