Rana advises clients on a range of corporate, commercial, public procurement, regulatory and employment law matters.

 

Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Rana worked at Al Tamimi & Company as a legal consultant. She has experience in public law having appeared before the Lebanese State Council (Conseil d’Etat) where she challenged the legality of administrative acts. In addition, Rana has specifically advised Lebanese governmental entities on the constitutionality of laws and the regularity of government contracts.  

 

Rana holds a Bachelor of Law from the Lebanese University/ French Setion (Filière Francophone de Droit) and a Bachelor of Political Science from the Lebanese University. She is undertaking a Master of National & International Business Law degree at the Lebanese University. Rana is fluent in Arabic, English and French and is admitted to the Beirut Bar.
