Mandeep concentrates his practice on the provision of advice to a range of clients in a variety of sectors in all aspects of employment and immigration law, including recruitment, termination, day-to-day operational issues, and the application and enforcement of post-termination restrictions and obligations, across the UAE and its free zones including the DIFC in Dubai.
He has a particular interest in multi-jurisdictional projects and issues arising out of international assignments.
Mandeep regularly presents seminars to clients and also prepares and presents bespoke in-house workshops on UAE employment law compliance.
Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Mandeep practised as a solicitor in England, specialising in employment law. Acting for employers and employees, he acquired considerable experience in a range of contentious and non-contentious employment-related matters.
Mandeep was admitted to the Senior Courts of England and Wales in 2009 and is a member of the English Law Society. Mandeep is published in a number of journals including the Employment Law Journal, Discrimination Law Association Briefing, and the Employment Lawyers Association Briefing.
