Mahmoud is a member of our Dispute Resolution team in Dubai. He focuses on commercial arbitration and general litigation and has experience in a range of commercial and contractual disputes including real and intellectual property.

Prior to joining Hadef & Partners, Mahmoud practised with a multinational firm in New York where he handled matters relating to shareholder disputes, minority shareholder oppression, breach of contract, fraud, infringement, misrepresentation and fiduciary duties amongst others.

He holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Seton Hall University in New Jersey and a Doctor of Jurisprudence from Penn State School of Law in Pennsylvania. Mahmoud is a member of the American Bar Association and is admitted to the New Jersey and New York State Bars. He is fluent in English and Arabic.
