Shereen advises on a broad spectrum of general banking, Islamic banking and commercial issues.

 

In addition to general banking transactions Shereen has advised on all UAE law aspects of project, finance and security documents for several high profile projects within the UAE, for various sectors such as the water and power sectors, and higher education.

 

Shereen obtained her LLB from the University of Bristol and her LLM with honours from the University of London. She was admitted to the Jordanian Bar in 1998. Shereen is fluent in Arabic and English.
