MIDDLE EAST BANKING & FINANCE EXPERT CAROLINE O'HARE JOINS HADEF & PARTNERS

Monday 18 June, Dubai: Leading UAE law firm Hadef & Partners is pleased to announce today that renowned Middle East Banking & Finance expert Caroline O’Hare is joining Hadef & Partners as Head of Financial Services & Regulatory.
 
Caroline will also be a member of the Banking & Finance team in Dubai. She will spearhead the firm’s Financial Services & Regulatory practice as well as advising on major regional banking and finance transactions.
 
Caroline has in-depth experience in the region including twice having previously worked for in Clifford Chance’s Dubai and Bahrain offices, where she was latterly the Partner in charge of Clifford Chance’s Gulf Finance practice. She has also worked for Conyers Dill & Pearman, Applebys, Norton Rose and Pinsent Masons in locations including London, Moscow, Budapest, Bermuda and Cayman Islands.

Caroline has advised leading conventional and Islamic finance lenders and corporates including: Citibank, N.A, HSBC, Lloyds TSB, ABN Amro, Gulf International Bank, Arab Banking Corporation, Arab Bank, Qatar National Bank, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, BNP Paribas and National Bank of Abu Dhabi.
