Hadef & Partners Dispute Resolution Partner Adrian Chadwick is re-elected to the DIFC Court Users’ Committee

Hadef & Partners is delighted to announce that Disputes Partner, Adrian Chadwick, has been re-elected as a member of the DIFC Courts’ Users’ Committee for three years from March 2016.
The Committee acts as a liaison between the DIFC Courts and its users to ensure the provision of an efficient, economical and professional service.
Adrian has long standing experience of appearing before the DIFC Courts having been registered as a Legal Practitioner of DIFC Courts with full rights of advocacy since 2008, and having appeared many times as an advocate before the DIFC Courts and the Dubai World Tribunal.
He is currently also:
• a member of the Courts’ Users’ Committee Rules Subcommittee
• a lecturer for the DIFC Academy of Law, currently lecturing on Case Management for The Introduction to DIFC Courts Procedure Certificate
• an author of several articles concerning DIFC legal issues, and UAE legal issues, and
• a member of the review board for the Arab Law Quarterly, a leading English language academic journal for Arab law.
Adrian is therefore well placed and highly committed to the continued progression of the DIFC Courts.
