We handle contract negotiations and transactions, and to the extent disputes arise, act in arbitrations and engage our advocates, who are qualified to appear before all courts and tribunals of the UAE. Our team has access to an established network of technical experts and maintains excellent relationships with regulatory authorities and government departments.

We also advise the offshore engineering and construction businesses which are currently active in the UAE and the wider Arabian Gulf, together with the marine industries that service the same.
